We accidentally made too many Easter eggs this year. So did Brian and Clari! Because of the overabundance, the Easter bunnies (Dan and Brian) wound up hiding eggs in some very obvious places.
Joe had so many eggs he had to get a second basket.

Christian and Elizabeth brought Ian over too, so there were three families at our egg hunt!

When Brian's family went in for their "Easter surprise," Gabe wanted to go too ...
... and of course, Ian wanted to stay at our house.
The "secret toy" I picked out for Gabe was this character from the How to Train Your Dragon movie.
He had found out what it was the day before because when he was trying to guess he said, "It better not be a dragon toy." ... Because that's not what he wanted. (sigh)

Daddy grilled us some hamburgers.

As it turned out, Granny and Gramps had bought Gabe the Spider-Man Easter basket he'd been longing for (but Mom and Dad wouldn't buy)!

Gabe jumped on the Lewandowskis' trampoline and told me today had been just as awesome as Christmas!

We rescued a turtle and let him go in the pond.
Ah, it's finally over ... What a beautiful Easter day!
