Library day.

Once a week we have library day.

Lately I'm really enjoying reading a chapter or two a day from each of two books to Gabe and Joe! 

We are still reading Locked In Time, and today we finished Sideways Stories from Wayside School.  Tomorrow we'll start Wayside School is Falling Down!

I'm always afraid Max will pick up germs in the children's library so I usually try to wash his little hands.

Here he is, trying to maximize his routes for germ transmission!

Max, playing with the headless Shaggy figure, kept making Fred and Scooby ask him, "Shaggy, what happened?"

Today Mom came over when she wasn't able to reach me on the phone.  Apparently when she called, Max picked up (and also somehow managed to press "talk" on the cordless).  He answered the phone, "No hello!" and then set the receiver down without hanging up!

Little Max wants to be just like his big brother!

He watches to see which toys Gabe is playing with, because those must be the best ones.

This became an issue again today, when Gabe got another toy in the mail!

So Gabe took an old toy, put it in a box, and pretended to be excited about opening it.  Joe was in on the charade also.

Max bought it, and was eager to play with Gabe's new (old) toy!
