Today Gabe and I did an experiment where we made a small baggie of ice cream.
We put the baggie in a larger bag with ice and salt ...
Then shook it for ten minutes.
Well, it didn't look much like ice cream. But the freezing part worked, and that was the point (in my mind anyway).

Apparently the seller intends to accept his most recent bid for the property in Brenham! It's not in writing yet, but the news is positive.
Kids in boxes again.
Poor Nathan fell on the cement and got a large bruise on his forehead!
Rats are still a problem out at our place. The new idea is to shoot them. We'll see how that goes. Trespassers beware!
