Tonight Buddy started digging up the sweet potatoes on the side of the house. Volunteering on the farm has inspired him to start a new winter garden behind the pond!
When Max saw him he started saying, "Wa-wa, wa-wa" (because he likes to water the garden with Buddy).
Some of them are monstrous-looking.
Maya asked, "Do they taste good?"
Well, this year we're going to find out the answer! (We never ate this monster from last year.)
This happy little guy stepped out, looking snazzy in his black leather jacket!
Max has a lot to say lately! Too bad most of it is mumbling and "bah bah bah!"
He loves having people around who know what he means!
