Here's Max with Gramps at the New Year's Eve Party as we welcomed in 2011 ...
JANUARY. The saga of the mailbox that kept falling on top of Brian's.
FEBRUARY. Multi-cousin birthday party with Maya.
MARCH. During spring break, we spent a weekend up at Texas A&M.
APRIL. Visit to Quiet Hill Ranch.
Pool on top of the quiet hill.
MAY. End of Gabe's soccer season, filling his glass as full of soda as he could get it.
And Max's 2nd birthday party.
JUNE. Gabe's 9th birthday party ...
... and Daddy and Brian meet Ron Paul.
JULY. Mama and Daddy.
Working on the pole barn in Brenham.
AUGUST. Gabe shows Max the Houston Museum of Natural Science for the first time.
Max always asking to go to the "big water," or the "poo.'"
SEPTEMBER. Burroughs Park while Brian and Clari were in the Dominican Republic. (Also, there were raging fires around here due to the drought!)
OCTOBER. Moonlight shows up, and we decide to keep her.
Brian builds the Incredible Hulk for the Monster Bash.
Max's very first house to walk up to and trick-or-treat at himself.
NOVEMBER. Soccer season as the Green Dragons.
Max and Daddy love playing on the i-pad.
DECEMBER. Christmas at Granny and Gramps'.
Christmas again.
I took down the Christmas wall today and found out that THIS YEAR:
- Gabe grew 1 1/2 inches and is now 4'5 1/2".
- Joe grew 2 1/2 inches and is now almost 4'4".
- Maya grew 1 3/4 inches (and I forgot to measure)!
- Max grew 3 inches and is now 2'11".
- I forgot to measure Nathan!
