First things first ... We woke up this morning to discover a cow in our yard!
It was a steer, munching on grass near the soccer goal.
Mom and Mark returned it to the neighbors. Then we went on a nature hunt to look for acorns and pine cones for science class ...
... and discovered Grandma in the woods!
Buddy put up lights in the woods last night, but it turns out they are all Christmas lights!!
There's water in the pond! (Just enough to potentially give us a mosquito problem.)
Here is Dan's yearly, all-time favorite honey-do: getting the monsters down from the attic.
And the bodies hit the floor ...
... maybe a little harder than was necessary. (I find Dan's aggression toward my dummies kinda comical!)
Max woke up from his nap with a bit less fuss since something interesting was going on.
Soccer practice tonight ...
Guess I can return this book to the library now ...
... since my mural is in a very advanced state of near-doneness.
